- Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account
- Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited

- Fraud or Misuse: Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action
- Violation of Terms: Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or permanently terminated
- Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent blocking
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

- Digital Wallets
- Cash on Delivery (COD) - where available
5.2 Pricing and Charges
- Payment Timing: Charges are applied at the time of order placement (except for COD)
- Platform Fee: Market-based platform fees apply and are subject to change with prior notice
- Delivery Charges: Distance-based delivery charges calculated at checkout
- GST: Goods and Services Tax applicable as per government regulations
- Surge Pricing: May apply during peak hours or adverse weather conditions (except ZatUp rides)
5.3 Payment Processing
- All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway
- Payment information is encrypted and handled according to industry standards
- Zatooms does not store credit card or debit card information on our servers
6. Platform Role and Liability
6.1 Technology Platform
- Zatooms operates as a technology platform connecting customers, vendors, and delivery partners
- We do not own, operate, or control the restaurants, shops, pharmacies, or products sold through the platform
- No Commission: Zatooms does not charge commission on products; we only charge platform fees and delivery fees
6.2 Product Quality and Liability
- Vendor Responsibility: Vendors, restaurants, and shops are fully responsible for product quality, food safety, and product descriptions
- Limited Liability: Zatooms is not liable for disputes between customers and vendors regarding product quality, ingredients, or specifications
- For quality issues, customers should contact support@zatooms.com for assistance
6.3 Delivery Partners
- All delivery partners and riders are independent contractors
- Zatooms verifies delivery partners but is not liable for their actions beyond the scope of delivery services
7. Service Availability and Modifications
- Service Areas: Services are available only in designated service areas as determined by rider and partner availability
- Service Suspension: Zatooms reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any service with notice to users
- Pending Orders: In case of service suspension, all pending orders will be cancelled with full refund
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these terms with prior notice
8. User Conduct and Prohibitions
Users agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Harass, abuse, or threaten delivery partners, vendors, or support staff
- Provide false information or engage in fraudulent activities
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the platform's security
- Create multiple accounts or share account credentials
- Use automated systems or bots to interact with the platform
- Order items prohibited by law (alcohol without age verification, illegal substances, etc.)
9. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Zatooms platform are owned by Crawl Hands Technology
- Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission
- The Zatooms name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
- No Warranties: Zatooms provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind
- Third-Party Products: We do not warrant the quality, safety, or legality of third-party products sold through the platform
- Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
11. Limitation of Liability
- Zatooms' liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction in question
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Maximum liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific order or service
